What is the difference between DTF and sublimation?

I offer two forms of design transfer. sublimation and direct-to-film. Most item descriptions will list the application method used.

Sublimation involves printing the design onto special paper using special ink. When heat is applied the ink turns into a gas and permeates the fabric fibers, creating a permanent bond. This produces a long lasting, vintage looking print that is smooth to the touch with no raised texture. 

DTF involves printing the design onto a film. The film is then pressed onto the fabric to create bond between fabric and printed design. This produces a full color, vibrant print that is smooth but may have a slightly raised texture. 

Both processes are highly durable with a long lifespan if cared for properly. 

What are Roany Pony Couture exclusives?

I create the majority of designs I offer. I do not offer my designs for sale in digital format. So, that being said these designs are exclusive to my brand. You aren't able to buy them anywhere else. 

Unauthorized usage, sale, or duplication of our designs by individuals or entities will result in legal consequences.

How long does it take to process my order?

I strive to process your order as quickly as possible, but I am a one woman show. I do offer a mix of both ready to ship (RTS) items and made to order (MTO) items in my store. RTS items are shipped in 2-3 business days, while MTO items are shipped in 7-10 business days. 

Business days are defined as Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your exchange/return policy?

This exchange policy allows you a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note, 2 exchange requests per customer every 90 days.

Once you decide to proceed with an exchange, please reach out via email at sales@roanyponycouture.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges both ways.  

There are no exchanges on sale items. Returns or refunds are prohibited, except when a product is faulty. Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any damage or issues and reach out immediately.

Ultimately, I hold the right to reject any exchange request. If you have any questions regarding your item, feel free to reach out.

What are your customer service hours?

I am typically available 7AM to 2PM on weekdays. Weekends are often spent selling at local events, horse shows, etc.
