Processing/Shipping

Branding:

All apparel exclusive to Roany Pony Couture is branded with the logo. T-shirts and sweatshirts are typically branded on the sleeve, while hoodies are branded on the pocket. This safeguards our brand and discourages imitation and design theft. Unauthorized usage, sale, or duplication of our designs by individuals or entities will result in legal consequences.

Processing:

At Roany Pony Couture, we take pride in offering a unique selection of stylish apparel that is made to order. This means that each item is crafted specifically for you, ensuring that you receive a product that meets our high standards of quality and design.

Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, the typical processing time for your order is a minimum of 5-7 business days. We understand that waiting for your new apparel can be exciting, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

Shipping:

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS/UPS. The best part... It's free! (within the US) For larger, bulky orders shipping may need to be added. We will reach out should that occur.

Hours:

We're on the grind from 7AM-3PM (most of the time)! We take weekends off to spend time with the family (and maybe ride some horses or motorcycles). So, if you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, we’ll be back in the saddle on Monday, ready to tackle the week.
