Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges:
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you have a positive experience with our exclusive apparel. To facilitate this, we have established a straightforward exchange policy designed to meet your needs.
Our exchange policy allows you a period of 10 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. This means that if you find yourself needing a different size, color, or style, you can initiate the exchange process within this timeframe.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes being unworn, unused, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. We want to ensure that every piece of apparel we offer maintains its quality and individuality, just as you expect.
Once you decide to proceed with an exchange, please reach out to us via email at sales@roanyponycouture.com We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges both ways. This means that you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as any shipping costs associated with sending the new item to you.
Please note, we permit 2 exchanges per customer every 90 days.
Returns/Refunds:
Our policy prohibits returns or refunds, except when a product is faulty. Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any damage or issues and reach out to us immediately.
Shipping Damages:
Just remember, we can't be held accountable for any transit damages—delivery staff can get rowdy! Contact the delivery company to file a claim.
Non-returnables:
Some items are non-returnable, such as sale items, holiday items, custom creations, and gift cards, sticker/decals, and drinkware.
